1. Overview & Agreement

Welcome to Feedpreneurs ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at feedpreneurs.com (and associated subdomains) and the marketing agency services offered by Feedpreneurs.

By accessing our website or scheduling a consultation call via our booking links, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a business or legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.

2. Nature of Services & Business Calls

Feedpreneurs provides marketing agency services tailored for businesses.

  • Call Bookings: Booking a meeting or consultation call via our website (integrated via Cal.com) does not guarantee service engagement or acceptance. We reserve the full right to review submitted booking details and approve or decline any meeting request at our sole discretion.

  • Service Agreements: Execution of services, specific deliverables, fees, and client obligations will be governed by a separate client agreement or invoice issued upon onboarding.

3. Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations

A. Subscriptions & Monthly Fees

Our marketing services are billed on a recurring monthly package basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.

B. Refund Policy

  • General Non-Refundability: All monthly fees paid to Feedpreneurs are strictly non-refundable.

  • Discretionary Exceptions: Refunds may only be granted in rare, exceptional cases at the sole discretion of Feedpreneurs (Marc Lojak). To be eligible for consideration, a refund request must be submitted in writing within seven (7) calendar days of the payment date. Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund; Feedpreneurs retains absolute authority to approve or decline any request.

  • Maximum Limit: Under no circumstances will any approved refund exceed the total amount paid for the current active billing month.

C. Cancellation Policy

  • Clients may cancel recurring services at any time.

  • To avoid being charged for the subsequent billing cycle, written notice of cancellation must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled payment date.

D. Deliverables & "Use It or Lose It" Policy

  • Client Collaboration: Successful delivery of marketing services requires timely participation, feedback, approvals, and assets from the client.

  • Expiration of Deliverables: Service deliverables, strategy tasks, and monthly package entitlements must be utilized within the designated billing month. If a client fails to provide necessary approvals, content, or input in a timely manner, any unused deliverables or services for that month are forfeited ("use it or lose it").

  • No Roll-Overs: Unused package components do not roll over into subsequent months, except in extraordinary circumstances where Feedpreneurs explicitly agrees to an exception in writing at its sole discretion.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in a separate service agreement:

  • All promotional content, branding, website layouts, and material published on feedpreneurs.com are the intellectual property of Feedpreneurs.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our website content without prior written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • Our website and information are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Feedpreneurs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the website or our services.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Slovenia. Any legal dispute or claim arising under these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Slovenia.
